On 11/1/2013 I purchased a Magical Butter machine from Garyn and Carrie Angel. They are the owners of the company.
When i received the item it came broken. Not from shipment but you can see it was broken from the manufacturing point. The clips that hold the top in place just snapped right off. I didn't even get to use it!
when I contacted them they refused to honor the warranty that the item is supposed to include. They claim to offer a 1 year warranty.
They are selling a glorified crock pot and stole my 175.00!
Both retailers and consumers Beware this item is made in China and very poorly!!!!!!
