My husband ordered a one time DMV driving record for $1.00 one time fee from their company site in July 2013- he never received the report. Moreover, he did not know until today that they have been charging him $9.95 per month for past six months- they are very sketchy and will only communicate via email- and they are only willing to refund one months worth of fee- we will be reporting them to the State Attorney General of California and SOuth Carolina where we live- we will also let BBB know about this scam as well- he never even got the report he thought he was purchasing for one dollar- be very wary of this company-
