Looks as though I too am a victim of this fraudulent company. I ordered these tablets online, and have been waiting for weeks. I have emailed them numerous times with the receipt number, and too have received the same generic email. My payment went through paypal, however still no product in the mail. Once doing a search on the company, I have found this site and other similar complaints. Im not sure what the process is, but would love it if someone could give me some advice. Thanks.
