Ordered two products on 10/27. Order confirmed on 11/6 by email. Received 2 products 11/9. Emailed and called (11/12)that I did not want these products and wanted to return. They would not give me a return address. Stated it would come in an email within24-48 hrs. After several emails, finally received a return address in China on 11/17. Called again, they would not give me a return address. Promised it would come in an email within 24-48 hrs. I pay for shipping but they would charge a shipping fee of 20%! Person on the phone said it would be 25%! Small restocking fee I understand but not 25% shipping fee and I'm already paying for shipping. Products unopened, want to return for full refund.

Update: 11/18/2013

Please, do not take action at this time. My credit card company is handling and said it would confuse the issue to have more than one company disputing. Thank you.
