I order the trial of the max garcinia on 8-29-2013. I received them with only 3 days left for the 10 day trial so called to cancel. I returned the pills then waited a week (9-6-13) and called to see when to expect my refund. the customer rep verified they had received my return and said it would be 7-10 to receive my refund. On 9-25-13 I called again and rep ( Rachel) said she would put it on the priority list to speed up the refund. I called again on 10-1-13 and Rep (Chrystal) said she would escalate it to the next level. I called again on 10-15-13 and tried to get connected to a supervision but was told there were none there that day. I was told my refund had been processed and I should have it in 30 days or less that was 34 days ago and still have not received a refund.
