Offer of a "free sample" - processed 14/09, not received for several days thereafter.
Charged to my credit card on 28/09 & 02/10 - with a further attempt on 28/10.

The address provided involved 2 different PO box numbers, very difficult to get an actual address; the email provided for customer services (for cancellation) was "permanent failure; address rejected" - so non-esistent; when finally got a phone number (the first one was a dead line) asking to cancel - the receiver put down as soon as "cancellation" mentioned. Finally (4th attempt) spoke to someone else - who promised to phone back with a cancellation ref. - which never happened. So every attempt made to impede cancellations - meanwhile attempts to deliver unwanted produce. Finally 1 acknowledgement of cancellation - nearly 2 months later & the credit card co. still charging interest - although they know the problems this Co has caused. DISGUSTING - get them closed down asap. Reported to ActionFraud & Office of Fair Trading.
