IP lookup says Europe Coordinate, Rome time, 42.8333 , 12.8333, that seems to be nothing more than an IP front for a Chinese scam, so not really a Europe company.

You never get an invoice, just the Paypal invoice, your PayPal payment goes to a personal gmail.com account, what large international company does that, there is no way to cancel, modify orders on their website. Your order goes into pending and sits. The ordering, checkout, account info is bare minimum on the website, very different fron the slick web pages, which should clue you in there is something funny going on.
No amount of email to the contact us web submitted form or the gmail account will get you a reply. Paypay sat on this disputed, way past the "waiting on reply back from" date, my grace period was running out with my credit card company, called my CCC, my card company reversed the payment. I have very little faith in PayPay other then taking their fees after this.
