Ordered a carton of cigarettes, paid for the via WU and have not received shipping confirmation or product. After two weeks I requested a shipping number via email and was told to be patient. Since then, I've received no response to my refund request.
I suspect my email was hacked as well, my fault for using the same password, but it may be important to note.
Update: 11/18/2013
Anyway, I sent a threatening email to them and now they're offering to send my cigarettes again. The person claims they were lost in shipping. I've requested a tracking number or a refund. We'll see what comes of it.

Another week has gone by. I've requested a refund via western union. I was asked to provide an account number. I refused to provide one and explained that's not how western union works. Then, they responded with...
