I received an email advertising a online auction bidding for a penny that was compared to using ebay. I tried to view site and it would only allow if you registered as a user. So as soon as i sign up with my information including a credit card a charge pops up for $99.00.there was nothing stated that you will be charged for this service and I did not authorize a payment at all. I have tried to contact this company by e-mailto explain and cancel this transaction but the e-mail they supplied is unavailable.unsure on how to get this charge refunded
