Wendy Carter contacted me by phone and stated I had been approved for a $5000 loan. She stated, I needed to complete a contract and fax it back to her. She called me back within 15 minutes, stating I had two options for form of payment co- signer or three months of payments $500. I needed to send the money western union to Daniel Bennett in Toronto Canada, in an hour my funds would be in my checking account. This never happen!! I called her multiple times the next day, she finally called back Monday. She said, I need to pay more money for insurance. I said no, to western union my $500 back. She no, in thirty days a refund would come. The refund never happen. The phone number to Minax Solutions is disconnected & the website is down.
