Bought 3 pairs of oakley sunglasses from www.oakleys-ireland.com Realised after payment that the website was fraudulent, contacted the bank and they told me to contact the seller for a refund. Contacted the seller through realypay.com the seller said due to international banking it could take over a month for the refund to be process and for me to check my account periodically for the refund. I ahve been doing so but as of over two months later there is no refund to be seen. I have contacted the seller twice after the month through realypay.com and they say for me to be patient and be assured that the payment has been processed. however my bank says no such payment has been processed. I paid via debit card so could someone please tel me is there anything I can do about this?
