Pretty much exactly as everyone else describes. I thought I was changing my address with USPS for $1.00 service. Find out it wasn't USPS and they charged me $30 for their "services." As far as I've experienced, their only service has been providing my new address to outside companies as reflected by the multiple catalogs I now receive. Do NOT use their company. Run run run in the other direction. I sincerely hope that whoever created this company experiences exactly what they do to their "customers."
