I requested the FREE materials from Smile Pro Direct and Bellaathome. Immediately the charges started. For 9/3/13 there was a charge from International Services for $0.03, then from Smile Pro Direct (FSEDONA)$1.03, then, on 9/4/13, an International Service charge for $0.12. Next there was FSEDONA charge of $1.03 on 9/4/13 and also a charge of $3.87, plus on 9/5/13 another charge of $0.12 for International Service. On 9/5/13, there is a charge from Bellaathome for $3.87 and then on 9/9/13 a charge from FSEDONA for $94.31. At this time I had returned all trial products and requested, through e-mailrefunds. I have never had acknowledgement and today they say they have no record of my "having been there" according to an eastern Indian accent or that area whose name is Karl
