Hello I ordered this service in the hope to get a ready to go web site and service, well I found it too complicated and difficult to handle and navigate, few steps were promised for set up but this is not the case, it is false information that's being given, it is unfair, I need a refund of my money This'earn with Alen' does not work

- Hi I also have been taken in with the above "so called" company. Like Jonathan I recently ordered 2 things at the cost of $79 USD each. I also totally agree with Edith. I have been trying to contact them for a refund and also have put in a resolution at pay pal. They say there is a 60 day full refund guarantee, but what if you cant contact them within the 60 days?? These people are scammers and fraud!
