I did a Google search for Federal Tax number and clicked on what I thought was the IRS. The listing and the web site are misleading. I have filed so many forms and so many fees that it did not occur to me until after I clicked submit that an EIN is Free. This is a total rip off and they have not answered the phone or responded to three emails.
