I noticed a recurring charge on my bank debit on 11-11-13 and didn't recognize the purchase. After investigation, the charge of $24.95 started in February of 2012 and recurred every month without me or my wife noticing. I attempted to call the number that was linked to the account but the only way a real person would answer was if I "accepted" their special offer and was cautioned to "have my credit card information ready". When "Rachel" at USA Benefits answered, she became angry when informed I didn't want their special offer but instead wanted my money back. She then gave me a number to call stating the number for whomever charged my debit card had changed. She gave me 1-800-555-1212 and that is Toll Free Directory Assistance, which is totally automatic. I'm getting reimbursed for the charges but I'm turning them over to my state AG's office.
