On March 21, 2013, Be2 took out A$234 from my account for a 6 months membership, the reason was I didn't cancel my one month trial before the date is up. on May I cancelled it by ringing a B2 personnel in Sydney, I also took my profile out, I received an email confirming my cancellation. I haven't heard from them since. On November 12, 2013. I received an email from Intrum Justitia,in Ireland, it says they are a credit management company that has been instructed on behalf of our client BE2Australia, we wish to communicate our intention to collect the full outstanding balance of 161.32EUR. Payment be sent to (Personal Information Removed). Is this just a mistake or intentional? Why there are so many complaints? Just hope they stop annoying me because I don't owe them anything. thank you for taking this complaint.
