Paid US$29.83(Dress-12.73+17.10)to Sammydress for a dress, it arrived on the 12 of November, open the parcel to my shock that the dress is torn, and the underlay is only knee length not the floor length as shows on their website. Make the many complains and try to return the dress but Sammydress said very sorry but will refund me US$ 4.00 (Four dollars)and I was told that the complain under that order number is closed.
Since then I have been email them but only got the same reply that that complain number is closed.
I don't know what else I can do, I did take the photos within hours after I received that dress on the 12 of November, 2013 but they insist to pay me US$4 and I can keep that unusable dress. the case is closed.
I bought the dress using my husband a/c through the Paypal.
Could anyone advise me how to deal with this situation?
It is about principal not the money.
Yet still did not see any US$4 refund back into my husband a/c. But Sammydress total refuse to reply any more email.
Hope this can be a lesson for anyone who are thinking of buying any cheap dress from Sammydress, you will not get what you see on the website, nor any customer service that they promise.
