Will tell you to appear in court to pay for bank or internet fraud and he will serve you with papers and to provide social security number over phone to avoid court dates and fees. Do not pick up your phone, report him to your local sheriffs office in the county which you reside, they will handle it from there. Also enroll on life lock to further protect your assets.
