Ordered Toms shoes in September. It is now November 12th and I still have no shoes. I have sent several emails to the company, all replied with, "Sorry customer, pleaz forgive us, your shoes are coming." Now they tell me my order has been lost and they will resend immediately. Now reading other complaints, I'm guessing the shoes will never arrive. Please be aware any future customers! This company is fraudulent!
