I ordered, on 10/12/2011 Trial tablets of leanslimcleanse and leanslimultra paid £4.95 for each for shipping and received them on 10/21/2011. £9.90 taken from my bank on order date and £114 taken on 10/21/2011, same day as I received parcel. Have tried from here in England to phone the company to cancel my trial (as stated in their terms and conditions) no answer to my repeated calls. Sent Emails to their customer support no such address.

I to rang and ordered the two trials bottles. I waited and they arrived and on the same day they deducted £114.00. Devastated i went looking for various phone numbers and email addresses. I found both and rang. I finally got someone after 9 am. I was surprised to get a result and the lady said that i was to return the bottles and they would reimburse me. Didn't think that there was any chance. I then also sent an email with the same details asking for a refund. To my surprise, before my bottles arrived back in the USA they refunded me the whole lot of money. Very surprised, so those who have done the same stupid thing as me, have hope.
