Offered £121 for my Samsung S3 after a contract upgrade . Sent in the packaging they provided by special delivery (£6)on sept 16th received and signed for on sept 19th . Emailed them on 15/10/2013 - they replied on 18/10/2013 stating that my order was pending due to damages (no damage on phone whatsoever)revised price £102.85 - advised that due to length of time and hassle I would accept. No response further 2 emails asking for them to return my phone sent as no money received no reply called all 5 telephone numbers either rings constantly or message says voicemail box is full. Now 12/11/2013 almost 2 months no money and no phone !!!
