The Receipts That I Didn't Receive When Renting 3 Cars.

on the 15th October 2013, Lesotho Revenue Authority rented three cars that were to pick its staff from the airport Cape Town to the Cape Town City on the 27th October 2013 and drop them off on the 31st October 2013. the given names responsible to those cars were Mr M Tsikinyane, Mrs M Lepholisa and Mr T Moleko. the charges were made and Mr Tsikinyane paid with his Credit card. we unfortumately have one reciept that shows amount of 270.3 EURand other two receipts of amount of 233.60 EUR & 193.63 EUR were not received.our main concern is that, we have to account for that money as it appears on our credit card statement. please provide the two receips belonging to Mrs M Lepholisa and Mr T Moleko to the following email: [email protected] hope you will find this in order.i will not hesitate to sent you our statement as a proof that such amounts were deducted if you will need further information.
