Just got off the phone with the most ignorant rude person I've ever had the unhappy experience of dealing with. Regardless of the fact that they have been stealing money from me, somehow this evil criminal kept trying to turn it around and make this my problem. At one point she put me on hold, but forgot to press the hold hold button and I got to listen to her call me every name in the book and say like (Inappropriate Content Removed). Yes, I completely lost my cool once she got back on the phone, and her response was to laugh at me about how they got my money and how I wouldn't be getting it back any time soon.
These people think that they are so good at their criminal activities that they can make fun of the people they steal from. Someday, someone is going to be crazy and go through the trouble of finding the rock they are hiding under and pull them into the light of day.
