Created an account and sent out a few introduction emails, basically just stating a little about me. Had no responses yet and within a day or so of creating the account Agematch canceled the account. Said I had violated the use policy. I have tried calling them and all I get is voicemail saying they will return a call, which they never do. I wrote a number of emails which when they answered they still did not answer the question of why they canceled the account. The last response from them was on Oct. 19, 2013 in which they said they would research the reason and respond back within a day. I have heard no more from them, and I have emailed them a few times asking for a response. My instruction letter is a very tame letter, they is nothing that anyone would call bad in it. It just sates who I am, age, a little history about me. Etc. I don’t understand why they will not respond.
