I was approved for a $3000 loan told to first send $90 to cover insurance fee, then was called back my Mr. Jim Allen called and said due to my credit score I needed to pay my first months payment of 182.00, well i haven't received $3000 or my $272 so I am looking to began a class action suit against this company.

- Good afternoon Stacie I also had this happen to me and I really want to get my money back the money for my rent is gone I am on the verge of being homeless if my bills aren't paid. Have you been able to find anyone who can help file a class action suit? Please respond when you can.
