I have had a Notice of Debt Collection dated 9 Oct 2013, and today a Final Reminder dated 7 Nov 2013. Both are for £187.31 owing to e-bay.
This is interesting as I have not used e-bay for more than 2 years and I have not been contacted by them or PayPal.(Not that I could possibly owe them anything, anyway.)
This has to be a scam.
