I received gratulations to my mob.ph.that I am winner in the Feer Lotto Lottery 2.500.000 Pounds. For receiving this clime I have to pay about 300 - 600 pounds.
Is it truth? Is it possible? Or it is SCAM??? I was wery happy and glad about my "winning", but I have not money (300-600 pounds)and therefore I can not send any money! Please, advice, What I have to do?
