I FINALLY on 10/29/13 received my phone. Activated it that day, having been givin the 250 more talk plan. On 11/07/13, I noticed on my account page that the remaining minute balance was way low. Usage page, still to this day shows I have USED a total of 150 minutes. Their system says I have 0 balance After 6 trys, "so-called" live chat and support request to fix problem. Thats not counting the numerous tries to call customer service and cannot reach a LIVE PERSON. The problem still exists. I am going to carry this as far as I can "BETTER BUSINESS BUR." AND FARTHER TILL THEY FIX IT OR GET SHUT DOWN

I am happy and satisfied to report that Qlink FINALLY called me on the phone they sent me and said that a mistake had happened and they were going to give me the missing minutes plus add 50 extra for the trouble. Great yea. !!!!
