My wife was applying for Esta to go to USA and this site pretended to be the correct portal and charge 10 times the normal fee. There was no warning of the huge fee

Extra details of complaint #285915
My wife looked at a number of sites and thought www.estavisas.org was the official site and expected to pay $14.00. We hope you will be able to close the site and perhaps help us get money back. Thanks.
Update: 11/12/2013
I regret what this site did although unethical was not illegal. There will be no way there can be financial redress but if you are able to close the site, that would be a service to the vulnerable.

Hello,
I have just made the same mistake. I bought 1 ESTA visa for 90pound! I only realised this whenI checked my bank account.
I realise it was my fault...I am mainly concerned that the visa is not valid. Please can you advise if yours were valid with just a huge admin fee?
I am scared I will turn up at the airport and be told it is not even real!
Please help as I am very worried. I fly on Tuesday for 10 days.
Many Thanks in advance
