Same as other persons filing complaints, I got the trial version, then was charged $90 on October 23, then 2 weeks later, got charged another $100. From other posters, it looks like trying to get a refund is hopeless. I called my bank and they said that they can't block one merchant from having access to my credit card so they suggested canceling my existing card and getting a new one. This is what I did. What a pain - especially for a product that doesn't work! Do not buy from this company - they are a total scam.
