I was able to cancel but the product is a complete sham. they signed me up for another company (valueplusonline.com) that charged me 24.95 per month, plus 1.95 twice on the day they signed me up (totalling about $130.00). This went on from june til october. I got this cancelled but had to argue and fight with sales person who was yelling over me. both companies had horrible people working for them who are apparently trained to out talk and talk over the "customer", and they are really good at that! because of these frauds I had to cancel my debit card which is very inconvenient to say the least. I can't believe either of these companies are still in business.
