I prepaid $240.00 to the company for a simple song demo via paypal and they took the money and ran. They confirmed my order and gave an estimated time for completion and then I never heard from them again. After several times trying to reach them, no word back.
Update: 11/13/2013
I now have the demo as originally agreed. Joe Sins has been very helpful in resolving the issue quickly. The whole miscommunication seems to be centered around the email process.

They had received the first request and payment from me and then none of my follow up emails asking where the product was. Seems that they attempted to send the demo originally and it didn't make it through.

- This has been resolved and was an error on Mr Edwards part due to an email not being received. I am not associated with NSD any longer and have not been for a while. They ARE however a reputable company and produce quality work. I think Mr Edwards is going to request this is removed as we have recently communicated and he does now in fact have his demo that the company originally sent in sept and was either rejected by his server or sent a spam filter. I myself sent it to them on the 25th of september so they did have it in their possession. Thank you.
