Went to website after finding an ad to purchase iPads. Was told in several emails that I currently have that I could purchase 2 and get one free. They only accepted Western Union transactions. Was given a tracking number to be delivered by FedEx and items have not been shipped nor received. Then I was informed in order for them to ship my product (after they received my money) that I would have to pay an additional $455 for Insurance and a $25 VAT fee making it a total of $480.

The email came from Karim Zayoub, email address is: [email protected].

I've contacted the company through the website where the ad was found, and was informed by the sales manager of the store that they don't know who Karim is and he is not an employee of the store.

The wire was sent to the attention of James Vargas, 35 West Military Street, Benicia, CA 94510.

I've been told by the "thief" that this is the accountant for his business.
