Earlier this year (2013) i was working with this company (and Global Pro Systems - GPS)- briefly. I terminated my account with both of them them in March. I had no problem with them until 9/17/13 when they charged me 162.41 on my c/c. A card i never gave them. I didn't notice this until 10/13/13 when i got my statement in the mail. So 6 months later they found my new c/c # and started charging on it.I called them, explained the situation, and they first tried to blame it on GPS. I said no, GPS charges showed up as GPS, this one says Vemma. So they took all the info and said they would research it and get back to me. They called back the same day, apologized for the mix-up and gave me a refund the next day 10/14/13 for 162.41. The next month i get my c/c statment and there it is again 162.41 charged on 10/18/13. 4 days after the refund from the first one they charged me again. I called them back, and had the same song and dance. First tried to blame GPS, then confirmed my account had been cancelled since march. But this time they said they're not showing a charge in their system for that amount to my c/c. Well it's on my statement, so again they said they would have to research it and get back with me. So i am currently waiting for their call (11/8/13 11:20 am CST).
