Yes i purchased a product and when i discovered what they sent me wasnt what i ordered i tried several times to contact the company by email to return the product, but they will not respond. All i want is my money back.
Update: 12/17/2013
I sent the product back to the company and i havent heard anything from them yet. It's been about two weeks.
