So I watch a video from Dr. Oz about this product, which leads me to a website to order the dietary supplement. It said that I can buy a free trial for 4.99 so I did that. The next day $0.04 was taken from account so I figured it was a processing fee. Then on 11/07 they take another $89.95 and say that after 12 days they charge me full price for the product and then take a monthly fee thereafter. I told them to take me off of that list, so that I would not get charged any other fees, and they said that they did and that I would not get a refund. Ok, but a few hours later they take another $0.72 from me. I am afraid that the next withdraw will be bigger and now I can't get in contact with their office. I was communicating with them by email at first. I tried to call the number given that says that their office hours are from 7am to 5pm. At 8am when I called, their office was closed. This is beyond frustrating and I don't know what to do. I should have never tried the free trial.

this is the number I called and they eventually gave me a refund. I called a lot of times and was very firm about getting my money back. All of the details are in my follow up on my complaint.
You could even call your bank/credit card company and insist it is fraud. You didn't approve of the charges so they cannot do this to you! -

Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
