Ordered Medicine on Aug 10,2011. Got backordered letter Sept 15,2011. Emailed them 4 Oct 2011 - they emailed back same day saying order in New York & if returned to them would reship. Emailed them 21 Oct (bounced back as undeliverable), called Cust Service # and mailbox full - can't even leave a message!
