I ordered on 10/22/13 helmet of Marcus Aquila and Gladius sword of Galba from the movie "The Eagle" for a total of $485.70.CONFORMATION information STATED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS TO CONTACT them at 512 487-7676. I did this and was given a E-mail request to contact customer service at Guns and swords.com for any questions you may have. I did so and did not get an answer back. I also went to the tracking number given and it comes up unknown.

I have found myself in a similar situation.
I ordered an NCO sword and scabbard on 11-20-2013 for $74.95.
When I emailed for a status report on 12-26-2013 I received a response on 1-6-2014 from "Lisa" apologizing for the delay and stating that they "underwent some staffing difficulties over the holidays" Lisa said she was looking into my order now.
By 1-12-2014 I had not heard anything from Guns and Swords so again I emailed for a status report.
I got no response.
On 1-14-2014 I emailed again. Still no response.
On 1-20-2014 I called the number listed on the website and a recording said to email with any questions.
I emailed again and stated that if I had not received a response by 5;00 PM PST 1-21-2014 I would cancel my order and demand a full refund.
I went to the tracking number provided by Guns and Swords and it is listed as unknown.
Still no response as of this posting.
