I did not have access to my cellular phone and did not have cash and needed to make a phone call. I used my credit card at the payphone in the University lobby. I saw 4 min/$1 so went for it. I made 3 calls in under 7 min and was charged 3 rates. 2 at $15.40 and one charge at $22.18 fro a total of $52.95. If I'd have known, as any sane person, I would not have made the call. These charges are fraudulent and unconscionable. I barely had the funds to cover the charges.
