This is what I bought based on the advertizing on E bay, Simply beautiful 1964 Ford Galaxie XL 500 Convertible runs drives as new sweet, working factory am/fm radio, RADIO DOES NOT WORK. New wheels, NOT NEW. New power top, NOT NEW. New bucket seats & console, NOT NEW what I think to be one of the most amazingly well maintained ones you will ever find being sold. NOT TRUE UNSAFE TO DRIVE. This car is RESTORED, and beautiful as you can see in pic 's below. Interior is very clean and as new, Tires and wheels are in great shape . Car runs and drives great. This car is truly, in my mind, one of the best for sale anywhere at this price and drives like it looks .NOT TRUE THIS CAR IS NOT RESTORED! THIS IS ONE MAGNIFICENT AUTOMOBILE THAT IS TRULY READY TO ENJOY.
THE BEST YOU WILL EVER FIND FOR THE MONEY.As full-time enthusiasts, we travel all over the country to find true, low mileage, classic, original cars, convertibles & trucks... to keep, refresh, restore and sell. the mileage statement they gave me says the mileage is 41746 when it is really 141,746, well pass it mechanical capability.

This is what I received.
dented, scratched, rust spotted bumper, front & rear, not restored
all chrome works dull and pitted, not restored
Paint, old and dull, buffed to hide age, large chips touched up with touch up paint to hide in photo's not restored
Body, rippled from front to rear, both sides, hidden in photo's, not restored.
windshield scratched, drivers side front window takes two hands to roll down or up
radio does not work, clock does not work, glass on clock broken, wipers only had high speed & do not cancel. dash lights not working, dash vent knobs frozen will not work,dome light switch hanging and broken, lights not working,turn signals not working correctly, all dash trim along with knobs are dull and look nasty, not restored
top, older then paint job, has red paint on it , not new.
under side, engine leaking oil from rear main seal, transmission is not a C6 as advertized and is leaking transmission fluid for convertor seal, power steering pump is leaking power steering fluid, left front shock is leaking hydraulic oil, front control arms, control arm bushings worn out, tie rod worn out to much looseness, steering gear was excessive play.
exhaust system rusty, spray painted with silver paint to make to look like new, engine, rear end, drive shaft, shocks,springs,cooling lines,front end components, floor boards have been painted/ under coated to conceal there actual condition.


On July ,20,2013 I bought a car from Lash Auto Sales,Inc. through E Bay. The car did not at all look like the car on E bay! They had a problem starting the car to get it off the car carrier, The delivery person had me sign a form that showed a drawing of the car with damage to the car that was there when they picked it up from Lash auto sales.I was appalled at first glance as this sure had to be a mistake for it sure was not the car that i saw on E Bay.I drove the car around the block and The car was all over the highway,the brakes are unsafe, pedal is soft and has a fluid leak. I called Lash Auto Sales, on Monday July 29, 2013 attempt to make this misrepresentation right. I have talked to the owner at least 6 to 10 times now through e mail and they are not willing to take back the car which was misrepresented.I feel that the seller has misrepresented a material fact about the vehicle ( or failed to disclose a material fact despite that i was purchasing with the known reliance on this fact- ("fraud by concealment") This in it self I find to be intentional wrongdoing. I have e mails between the seller Steve Lash the owner and myself, copies of the paper work they made me sign and paper work from a restoration company that shows the out line and condition of the vehicle in question that I will forward to you by mail.

What I am looking for is a refund of my monies spent on this fraudulent misrepresented transaction, cancellation of the contract, also a stop to the practice that they are doing to others as myself, as of now I have had the opportunity to speak with a hand full of people that they have done the same type of fraudulent business with and I am sure we are only a chip of the ice burg. I feel if they are not stopped from doing this type of fraudulent misrepresentation this can only affect many other unsuspecting citizens world wide.
