My daughter ALSO purchased the "free trial" of their product and called right away when she received it to get the RMA number to send it back. She sent it and it was received by their "plant" on 10-3-13 according to the tracking number we had. They even acknowledged receiving it and that it needed to be "verified" before they could return the money and it would take 7-15 days. Well it's 11-7-13 today and still nothing. She has called numerous times and I have called numerous times and we always get a non-English speaking person who is hard to understand and are met with all the same excuses each time that everyone else is complaining about. I also have never been able to speak to a manager or supervisor because they are in "meetings" or on the phone. I am promised a call from them, but never receive it. I threatened them with the attorney general's office today because they are committing interstate commerce fraud and still got nothing. Her name still isn't even on the "return list". After reading the reviews listed here and seeing that some have been charged multiple times, we called the bank to close out her card and get a new one issued so they couldn't charge it again. Now the company won't be able to put the money back on the card so we will need to get a check issued to her for the return. This company is such a fraud and they are all a bunch of thieves!! They need to be stopped ASAP before this happens to anyone else!!
