Mailed iPhone 4S which was in good to very good condition in their supplied mailer. Quote of $210.
Website now says sending "requote" whatever that means. I can only assume it means they want to pay me less. It has been 2 weeks since that update. I tried to contact the company through their support channel but they have not responded, even though their automated email response claims a 48 hour response guarantee. At this point I just want my perfectly working iPhone 4S returned and will do business elsewhere.
