I ordered their cambogia product on Oct. 16, 2013 which was supposed to be at a discounted price of around $18.00 per bottle. I was surprised that my credit card was charged $149.75. I immediately received a confirmation from them via email that they received my order. I also received a confirmation from them that my order was allegedly dispatched. I emailed them to follow up On the 15th day when i still haven't received my order. They replied the following day stating that the delay is probay caused by the high volume of demand of their products. I again emailed them on the 21st day to cancel my order and to ask for a full refund. They replied that refunds would require the return of the product and that 50% of the cost will have to be deducted due to some fees. I emailed them again the following day, the 22nd day, as i havent received a reply from them. The toll free number does not work. What courses of action can be taken against them? Hope you can help.
