BAD BUSINESS, NO SENSE OF HONOR OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY. There are complaints online by others. Since the day I signed I have had issues with these people and the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was running properly and there would be no problem yet I had to tell them several times about how the car was showing me signs of failure. They reassured me it was something minor that can be fixed. I told them it had a bad odor of tobacco and was dirty as well. I took the car in a few days after for detailing and repairs. They kept the car for one week, replaced the seat but did not detail it and now the seat only adjusts manually and the heated seat button remains turned on. 5 weeks after driving the car and telling them about the issues several times the car would not run one day. I took it to them and they said its the TRANSMISSION, will cost $1200 to repair. I told them I gave them all my money for down payment weeks ago. In addition to loan, I was offered to make $200 payments monthly for a year, uh?... That is $2400! When I asked why I was simply told the manager must make a profit. I was told no warranty existed and all cars are sold as is. That was not the original discussion. I'm stuck with payments on a car I can't use. What a way to treat people! CARPLEX or whatever they call themselves is RUN BY LIARS AND CHEATS! BE CAREFUL! Stay away from this place.
