Most pathetic and worst sales and Service Company ever seen, from past 4 months they are

I purchased 2 phones on 23/06/2013 Order No: D1306230555438076

After long wait received phone on 07/05/2013 (After paying 3 times more for fast track delivery with the shipment charges they took 2weeks to deliver the product) opened the package found faulty product which was not working; it had a hardware issue (Mic not working) this investigation took 3 week look later I shipped back the faulty item with my own cost (07/27/2013 02:43:34 AM) with RMA Number:ARMA201307130626547694W.

Late after few days they respond stating now the phone mic issue is fixed we are shipping back the items, I wasn’t happy to receive the same again, hence requested them to suggest best phone and upgraded to CB0030301 by paying additional 172.72 $ on 23/08/2013, till now no sign of package arriving 4 months now.

After posting complaint in such forum they recommended to send mail to customer support for fix, initial they responded quickly, now again same story no response.
I AM IN NEED TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO a decision making authority, I have been deprived of any contact form any senior authority and have been forced to wait for 4 months now.
