I never have dealt with this company. In researching this company i finally was able to talk to customer service. Apparently this is a scam running with Publishers Clearing House. i purchased a digital fork thermometer and there was a hidden subscription associated with the purchase. They finally agreed to refund the money after i threatened to complain to my bank and FTC. Mystery solved just another case of fraud and greed . Now I will take my complain to PCH. will never make another purchase from them.
