I ordered a 60D camera on their website on Aug 27th. They seemed legitimate and offered a promo sale for the labor day weekend. My credit card was charged the day after. I received a one line email with the confirmation and the promise of shipping the item soon. I have never received the camera! I called a number of times the customer service; they were very hard to reach, and in the rare cases I would make it they have been very rude and unprofessional. They first blamed delays in their process, then after two months -still not getting the camera- they said they would cancel the order and refund me. I have never received the money back, and when I called to ask for explanation they either hang up on me or said they did refund me and I should fight with my bank. I know they're liars and I feel incredibly frustrated about the experience. I discovered all the complains here when it was too late. They should be out of business and in jail!
