There was an offer online that I saw on Face Book for 2 free skin care products that were trial samples of a skin care cream & Equinox which I had to pay £4.95 and £2.99 respectively for packaging. I received the goods a couple of weeks ago and didn't think any more about it. I went into my bank account today only to find that I had £95 for skin care and £89 for Equinox taken out by Sheridan Labs. I contacted the company numerous times today and spoke to two different people who couldn't speak very good English. I asked to speak to the manager Andrew Smith who first of all said he was in a meeting and then they said he hadn't even been in the office today. I was also told I wouldn't get my money back as I had signed up to terms & conditions (which I hadn't even seen anywhere). I really don't know how they have the right to do this. There was nothing to say that more money would be taken out of my bank account at a later date. This is outrageous and fraud.

For anyone who is looking for info on this company, the phone number is 1-877-316-1856. Their address Sheridan Labs, Inc.
1285 Baring Blvd. 297, Sparks, NV 89434. I also was scammed by this company as you were for $200.00. Never ever received the samples. Still trying to get my money back since Nov. 12. 2013 and I am calling them everyday and they say it is going to be tomorrow before they can send my money back. I am going to report to BBB as well as local law enforcement. The add I saw was also on Facebook. I plan to let them know as well as Ellen Degenres (because that is the person the add I saw was using). Best of Luck everyone! God Bless
