I ordered the green coffee bean extract from this company. (7 bottles, 1 free & paid for 6) through Dr. Oz's website. On the website there was a guarantee of your money back if you were not satisfied with the product. I received the product and have taken it for 30 days. The extract isn't working for me, probably because it isn't what it advertised on the ad or the bottle. When I tried to contact the website on the bottle for instructions on how to return the product, there is no website. So, I tried to call the phone number on the bottle, which is 888-497-6012, and got nothing. I'm very disappointed and even less happy about paying $199 for nothing.
